Dr. Alma Allen, Chosen Co-Founder and Pastor, Biblical Teacher and Prophetess of “Vineyard Place International Worship Center”, Houston, Texas. She truly stands on the spoken oracle of God, John 15:1-15; ”without Him, we can do nothing.”

Dr. Alma is a prolific & profound Woman of God whose desire is to give women an example of a greater walk. Dr. Allen work wholeheartedly in every area of the ministry as well as Seminary Professor and Teacher, Conference Organizer and Speaker, Pastoral and Christian Counselor and Pastors with her husband Apostle J C Allen 

Dr. Allen is the Founder and Dean of the “Vineyard Place Biblical Theological Seminary and the “Vineyard Place Biblical Institute for Leadership”, future building of “Little Sprouts” for academic learning, that are ages newborn to preschoolers, Vine Masters’ Academy 1st graders to 12th., Additional Developments; Rehab and Transitioning Housing, Vocational Training, Hearts of Comfort, Vine’s Resource Solutions and Planning.
